Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage and coordinate operational activities for exhibitions, trade shows, and events. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, logistics planning, on-ground execution, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Exhibition Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare event timelines, checklists, and operational plans.
2. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Identify, coordinate, and manage vendors such as stall fabricators, printers, logistics partners, and event suppliers.
- Negotiate costs and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
3. Logistics & Setup
- Manage exhibition logistics including stall setup, branding, transportation, and installation.
- Ensure all materials reach the venue on time and are installed as per design.
4. On-site Event Execution
- Supervise on-ground event operations during exhibitions.
- Coordinate with venue management and vendors to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Ensure the event runs smoothly as per schedule.
5. Budget & Documentation
- Track operational expenses and maintain vendor invoices.
- Assist in preparing budgets and cost reports.
- Maintain operational documentation and event reports.
6. Post-Event Activities
- Coordinate stall dismantling and material return logistics.
- Collect vendor feedback and prepare post-event reports.
- Identify areas for improvement for future events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in exhibitions, events, or trade shows
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling B2B exhibitions or trade shows
- Knowledge of stall fabrication and event logistics
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic event planning tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
