About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Developer to join our development team and work on real client projects from day one. You'll get hands-on exposure to full-stack development across the MERN stack and PHP, with the chance to work alongside senior developers on live, production-grade builds for international clients.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain features across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Work on PHP-based projects, including Laravel and Magento
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
- Debug and fix issues across frontend and backend
- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and project leads on client deliverables
- Use AI coding tools to speed up development and improve code quality
- Participate in code reviews and take feedback to keep improving
What We're Looking For
- Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
- Working knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Working knowledge of PHP, along with Laravel and Magento
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) in your workflow — this is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and how frontend/backend talk to each other
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Willingness to learn fast and take ownership of tasks
- Good communication skills, since you'll be working remotely with a distributed team
Nice to Have
- Any personal projects, GitHub repos, or freelance work you can show us
- Exposure to deployment/hosting (VPS, cPanel, basic server setup)
- Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
