Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking/FinTech domain expertise to work on lending product development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) products and should be capable of driving business requirements from analysis through product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
- Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Business teams.
- Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis, impact analysis, and UAT support.
- Drive end-to-end product development for lending solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure successful product delivery.
Mandatory Skills
- 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience in a Bank or FinTech organization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) and/or Loan Management System (LMS).
- Minimum 50% of overall experience in LOS/LMS product development.
- End-to-end product development experience.
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred
- Lending or Banking product experience.
- Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice.
Pay: ₹800,000.20 - ₹1,800,000.82 per year
