Job Description: QS & Billing Engineer (2–6 Years Experience)
Location: Hoskote, Bangalore
Role Overview:
We are looking for a QS & Billing Engineer to manage quantity surveying, cost control, and billing activities for construction projects. The role involves accurate measurement, preparation of bills, and coordination with site and finance teams to ensure timely project execution and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs based on drawings
Verify and measure site work progress
Prepare RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills
Track project costs and maintain budget records
Handle variations, extra items, and claims
Reconcile materials and quantities with site data
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and accounts team
Ensure proper documentation for billing and audits
Requirements:
2–6 years of experience in QS/Billing roles (construction industry)
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Good knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
Preferred:
Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects
Familiarity with local vendor and subcontractor handling
Location Note:
Candidate should be willing to work at Hoskote, Bangalore.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
