Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Academic Partnership Executive who can manage relationships with teachers, coordinate academic activities, and identify potential educator partnerships that can help increase brand reach and sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in teacher coordination, educator management, EdTech, coaching institutes, or education-related businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with teachers for notes reviews, video reviews, feedback, and academic collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educators and subject experts.
- Research and identify suitable teachers based on:
i). Student reach and popularity
ii). Teaching reputation
iii). Social media/YouTube presence
iv). Student engagement and influence
- Analyze potential collaborations and suggest teachers who can drive maximum student reach and business growth.
- Conduct market research on educators, competitors, and trends in the education sector.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in teacher coordination, faculty management, EdTech, coaching institutes, or education publishing.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of competitive exam education markets.
- Ability to research, evaluate, and connect with educators.
- Business-oriented mindset with an understanding of growth and sales impact.
