Key Responsibilities
1) Strong Analytical skill to identify Root Cause of the given Problem Statement
2) Proven experience in Project Management
3) Proven experience in inventing and simplifying complex issues
4) Ability to draft SOPs for in-bound process
5) Ability to create Learning & Development Module to train Teams and Employees
6) Constantly ideate solution to improve Organization's operational efficiency
7) Ability to identify Areas of Improvement and plan creative solutions
8) Research new trends to help organization stay up-to-date on advancements
9) Constantly monitor implemented solutions and ensure if it's properly adhered
10) Vet Process Improvement reports and create dashboards, pivot tables for business reports
