Rais Career Campus Aviation Academy is looking for a professional and customer-friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and provide a welcoming experience for students, parents, and visitors.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a professional approach to front desk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and walk-in visitors
- Handle front desk enquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages
- Manage appointment scheduling and visitor coordination
- Support admissions and academic teams with basic administrative tasks
- Maintain attendance records, enquiry logs, and office documentation
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and professional
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with an aviation background or relevant studies will have an added advantage.
