Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Assistant Barista to support daily café operations and beverage preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Support the main Barista during busy hours.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
- Check and replenish coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
- Assist with opening and closing café activities.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work effectively as part of the café team.
Requirements:
- Freshers can apply if they have basic knowledge of Barista work.
- Experienced candidates with Barista / Café / F&B experience are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso, and café beverages.
- Basic understanding of coffee machines and grinders is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
