Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and supervising daily fabrication and production activities.
- Monitor workshop operations including cutting, welding, assembly, polishing, and testing.
- Prepare and maintain production schedules and progress reports.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure fabrication work complies with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Support quality inspections and documentation during production stages.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workshop discipline.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain records of production output, manpower utilization, and machine performance.
- Coordinate dispatch readiness and final inspection activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or water treatment industry preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic understanding of fabrication processes, welding, piping, and sheet metal work.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic production documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
