Roles and Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in English literature, language, and linguistics courses.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to ensure student learning outcomes meet institutional standards.
- Conduct research in areas of specialization such as creative writing, critical theory, or applied linguistics to stay updated on industry trends.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and conferences to contribute to curriculum development and professional growth.
- Mentor students on academic papers, thesis guidance, and career counseling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have Master's degree (M.A) & UGC NET cleared & Ph.D./Doctorate (Ph.D.) in English Literature or related field from a recognized university would be preferred.
- Minimum 2-7 years of teaching experience at the postgraduate level.
- Strong knowledge of pedagogy principles for effective classroom instruction.
- Excellent communication skills for clear presentation delivery.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
