Job Overview
NB Entrepreneurs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor ( background in Mechanical/Electrical/ Chemical Engineering (B.E.). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the production team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily production processes.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing production activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of production reports, shift activities, and process parameters.
- Identify and resolve minor issues during production with guidance from senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the maintenance and quality control teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.E. (Mechanical / Chemical Engineering)
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and safety protocols.
