Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to match job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
- Develop strong relationships with universities, placement agencies, and recruitment partners.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing/HR team to promote the employer brand across digital platforms.
- Support career fair planning, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and weekly reports.
- Analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Compliance & Process Adherence:
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures.
- Ensure documentation and background verification processes are completed on time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
