We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across Strikeyard's brand portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns, and drive brand growth across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee campaigns across digital marketing, SEO, social media, CRM, marketing automation, loyalty and referral programs, PR, partnerships, events, and online sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor Marketing Executives, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders across different time zones, including teams serving the USA market.
- Translate leadership objectives into actionable marketing initiatives and maintain alignment across teams.
Digital & Brand Marketing
- Oversee performance marketing, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, content planning, and social media strategy.
- Support the development and execution of loyalty programs, referral initiatives, brand partnerships, and PR activities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all customer touchpoints.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and review marketing reports to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Present monthly marketing performance updates and key insights to senior leadership.
- Track competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, including 3–4 years working with the USA market or B2C clients in the USA.
- 1–2 years of experience managing or supervising marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, digital marketing tools, CRM, and brand management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
