Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically strong 3D Designer with experience in exhibition stall design, event environments, and fabrication drawings. The ideal candidate should be able to develop concepts, produce realistic 3D renders, and prepare detailed technical drawings for production and site execution.
This role requires close collaboration with project managers, production teams, and clients to ensure that every design is visually impactful, structurally feasible, and ready for fabrication.
Key ResponsibilitiesExhibition & Event Design
- Design creative exhibition stalls, trade show booths, experience centers, retail displays, and event setups.
- Develop unique concepts aligned with client branding and objectives.
- Create realistic 3D renders for client presentations.
- Design stage backdrops, entry gates, registration areas, product display zones, lounges, and branding elements.
- Produce space planning and visitor flow layouts.
Technical Drawings & Production Documentation
- Prepare detailed fabrication drawings with accurate dimensions.
- Create working drawings for carpentry, metal fabrication, acrylic work, printing, and electrical layouts.
- Develop sectional views, elevations, plans, and construction details.
- Prepare production-ready files for workshop execution.
- Ensure drawings are practical, accurate, and fabrication-friendly.
Coordination with Production Team
- Work closely with fabrication and production teams to ensure designs are executed correctly.
- Resolve technical issues during fabrication and installation.
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and client feedback.
- Conduct production reviews whenever required.
Client Presentation
- Prepare high-quality presentation renders.
- Assist the sales and business development team with design proposals.
- Present concepts and explain design intent during client meetings when required.
- Incorporate client feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality.
Material & Construction Knowledge

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in exhibition stall design, event production, interior design, or experiential marketing.
- Proven portfolio of exhibition stalls, event setups, retail displays, or experiential environments.
- Experience preparing technical and fabrication drawings is mandatory.
