Role Summary
Seeking a Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end financial operations, drive compliance, support audits, and deliver MIS insights to fuel business growth. Your liaison with auditors, banks, and tax authorities will be critical to maintaining financial health and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions and general ledger functions
- Handle annual closings, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reporting
- Compute and file GST and other statutory tax returns on time
- Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and MIS reports
- Audit financial documents, enforce data confidentiality & perform backups
- Manage debtors/creditors follow-up and ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with auditors and bankers to streamline processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA / Inter CMA
- Experience: 2–5 years in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or telecom
- Strong knowledge of IndAS / Accounting Standards
- Proficiency with Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and process orientation
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
