We're a D2C brand doing multiple crores/month. Scaling from 7 to 20+ people in the next 60 days. You'll be our first and only HR person — you build it, you run it, you own it.
What you'll do:
→ Hire 10-12 roles in the first 2 months — JDs and screening frameworks are already built, you execute the pipeline end to end
→ Own attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll data preparation
→ Build our onboarding process, employee handbook, and basic HR policies from scratch
→ Coordinate with our CA for TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT compliance
→ Run culture — Friday lunches, monthly outings, quarterly offsites, birthday celebrations
→ Be the go-to person for any team issue before it becomes a fire
Who we want:
→ 2-3 years in HR at a startup or small company (under 50 people) — not a corporate background
→ You've personally hired 15+ people — sourced, screened, closed
→ You understand Indian payroll basics — salary structuring, TDS, PF, PT
→ You're fast, organized, and can switch between recruiting, payroll, and planning a team dinner in the same day
- → You're discreet — you'll know everyone's salary and personal details
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
