Job Title: Mechanical Diploma Holder / Mechanical Technician
Job Summary:
The Mechanical Diploma Holder will assist in the design, operation, maintenance, and quality control of mechanical systems and equipment. The role involves supporting engineers in production, troubleshooting machinery, and ensuring smooth and safe operations in the plant or workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing mechanical drawings, CAD designs, and blueprints.
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of machines and equipment.
- Support manufacturing and production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct testing and inspection of components and finished products.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of mechanical parts and tools.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material science.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
- Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, production, or design support.
