Agreement: 2-Year Employment Agreement with the Company
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Off: 1 Day
Job Title: Dietitian / Nutrition Counselor (Sales-Oriented Role)Training Details:

- Objective: Training on company diet programs, client consultation process, face-to-face sales counseling, CRM usage, and conversion techniques
Job Location (After Training Mumbai Branch) – Full-Time Placement
Company Policy:
- Mandatory 2-Year Agreement with the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face diet consultations with walk-in and scheduled clients
- Assess client health goals related to weight management, lifestyle disorders, skin & wellness
- Prepare personalized diet plans aligned with company programs
- Perform sales counseling and convert consultations into paid diet/wellness packages
- Achieve individual revenue and conversion targets
- Maintain client follow-ups, progress tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and sales team for holistic client care
- Participate in promotional activities and client engagement programs
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent certification
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of face-to-face sales or counseling experience
- (Experience in wellness clinic, slimming center, hospital, gym, or healthcare setup preferred)
- Strong communication, convincing, and client-handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset with ability to close sales
- Professional appearance and positive counseling approach
- Willingness to undergo 15days unpaid training in Chandigarh
- Ready to relocate to Mumbai after training
- Comfortable with Monday–Saturday working (6 days)Work Timings:
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: SUNDAY
During the training period, stay and food will be arranged by the company in a PG, with a cost of ₹500 per day, which will be fully refunded on the last day of training also traveling expense after successful completion. After training, the candidate will be placed at our Mumbai branch for a full-time role and will be required to sign a 2-year service agreement.
