Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential vendors, decorators, florists, bakeries, and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Assist in onboarding new vendors and partners.
- Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; regional languages are a plus).
- Confident in making calls and following up with prospects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply.
