VNR Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join the Root Stock Marketing team. The selected candidates will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote rootstock products, support customer engagement activities, and contribute to market development initiatives across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Promote VNR Seeds' rootstock portfolio to nurseries, dealers, distributors, and growers.
Assist in planning and executing product demonstrations, farmer meetings, field days, and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, nursery owners, and farmers.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Collect and report field feedback on product performance and customer preferences.
Support the sales team in achieving territory-wise business objectives.
Assist in organizing exhibitions, agricultural events, and training programs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Ensure effective communication of product features, benefits, and recommended cultivation practices.
Conduct market research and must have proficiency in collecting and analysing data.
