Job Description – MYP Mathematics Educator
Location: One World International School, Whitefield
One World International School is seeking a passionate and experienced MYP Mathematics Educator to deliver engaging, inquiry-based, and concept-driven learning experiences aligned with the IB Middle Years Programme framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons in accordance with IB MYP guidelines
- Foster analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conceptual understanding among students
- Design differentiated learning experiences to cater to diverse learning needs
- Develop assessments, maintain academic records, and provide meaningful feedback
- Integrate ATL skills, interdisciplinary learning, and technology-enabled teaching practices
- Create a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment
- Participate in curriculum planning, parent interactions, school events, and professional development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics with B.Ed. preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of Mathematics teaching experience, preferably in IB MYP curriculum
- Strong understanding of IB philosophy, pedagogy, and assessment practices
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage students through inquiry-based and student-centric learning approaches
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
