KNS Air Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a leading HVAC contracting company specializing in HVAC design, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance services across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Quality Engineer for our prestigious Reliance Project at Sapar, Jamnagar.

HVAC Quality Engineer
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC Quality Engineering.
- Candidates must have prior experience working on HVAC projects.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in industrial projects.
Location
- Sapar, Jamnagar, Gujarat
- Candidates should be from Gujarat or willing to relocate immediately.
Joining
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance activities for HVAC installation works.
- Conduct inspections of ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and associated HVAC systems.
- Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate with clients/consultants for approvals.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Verify material quality and ensure approved materials are used at site.
- Participate in testing and commissioning activities and maintain related records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures as per project requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and documentation.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- HVAC-specific project experience is mandatory.
Salary
- Salary will be based on experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance.

✔ Experience in HVAC quality inspection and documentation.
✔ Ability to work on Reliance project standards and procedures.
