Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2C sales executives
Drive individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback
Handle sales planning, pipeline management, and conversion strategies
Ensure effective follow-up on leads and maintain high conversion ratios
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead flow and campaign execution
Handle escalations, customer concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare and submit sales reports and performance metrics to management
Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity within the team Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (EdTech or related field preferred)
At least 2 years of proven experience in team handling
Strong knowledge of B2C sales processes and inside sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales goals Immediate joiners will be given preference
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
