Role Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can independently generate, manage, and close business opportunities in IT services. This is a full-cycle sales role, where you will be responsible for driving revenue from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in AI, ML, automation, mobile, and web development services
- Prospect clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, business portals (Upwork, Clutch, etc.), and referrals
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose effective solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
- Lead client interactions, negotiations, and successfully close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure smooth project handover to the delivery team post-closure
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales / business development
- Proven track record in selling custom software, mobile apps, and preferably AI/ML solutions
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced/startup environment
- Experience with international clients is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
