Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Field Executive will coordinate and oversee day-to-day service delivery at client sites, ensuring that facility management, staffing, and support services are executed according to agreed standards, timelines, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising on-ground teams, monitoring attendance and performance, managing shift schedules, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures and statutory compliance. The role involves regular site visits, inspection of work quality, prompt resolution of client queries or issues, and preparation of basic reports or updates for internal stakeholders and clients. The Field Executive will collaborate closely with operations, HR, and client representatives to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong field operations capabilities, including site supervision, coordination of on-ground teams, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Proficiency in basic reporting, documentation, and use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, mobile apps) for attendance, incident logging, and status updates.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams, with the ability to handle escalations professionally.
- Good planning and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites or tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, ownership of assigned responsibilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in facility management, security services, staffing, or related field operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic statutory and safety requirements relevant to facilities and field operations is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in management, facilities, or a related discipline is an added benefit.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and be flexible with shifts, including weekends or extended hours when operationally required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
