Job Description: ITI Refrigeration Technician – Brewery
Position: Refrigeration Technician (ITI RAC)
Candidates with prior brewery refrigeration maintenance experience will be preferred."
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial refrigeration systems used in brewing processes.
- Maintain chillers, cooling towers, compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and cold rooms.
- Ensure proper temperature control during fermentation, conditioning, and storage of products.
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment faults and breakdowns.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to maintenance schedules.
- Monitor refrigerant pressures, temperatures, and system performance.
- Inspect piping, valves, insulation, and refrigeration controls.
- Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and equipment reports.
- Follow safety procedures related to refrigeration systems, electrical equipment, and refrigerants.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications
- ITI in Refrigeration (RAC).
- Basic knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
Preferred Skills
- Troubleshooting of compressors, chillers, and refrigeration controls.
- Knowledge of ammonia or glycol-based refrigeration systems (if used in the brewery).
- Preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
- Teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
