Attending sales kick off meeting for the new project.
Review/Study the project file complete with understanding the scope of electrical works.
Prepare project schedule based on the deadlines given by client and PMC. Listing of major electrical equipments like HT & LT Panels, Transformer, UPS, Luminaries and Bus ducts in line with project schedule to prepare submittals.
Prepare Technical Submittals and arranging samples for all listed major equipments based on BOQ, Specification and List of Approved Makes.
To get the submittals and Samples approved by Consultants/PMC/Clients.
To send material Request to procurement team to release the purchase order for the approved electrical equipments. Prepare accurate quantity takeoff with available design documents for most consuming materials like conduits, cables, wires, cable trays and other wiring accessories.
Prepare Rate Analysis for the non tender items.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
