We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and drive our US staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT recruitment, team leadership, client management, and recruitment strategy. This role is responsible for managing recruiter performance, ensuring delivery excellence, and building high-quality talent pipelines for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US recruiters to achieve hiring and delivery targets.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies for US IT and technical positions.
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Monitor team productivity, pipeline health, and recruitment metrics.
- Drive candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and AI sourcing tools.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs, recruitment processes, and quality standards.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs for recruiters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with US staffing trends, market intelligence, and recruitment technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of US Staffing/US IT Recruitment experience.
- 2+ years of team management experience leading recruitment teams.
- Strong expertise in sourcing methodologies, Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools (e.g., Eightfold, hireEZ, SeekOut).
- Strong understanding of US employment markets, recruitment lifecycle, and staffing best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
