Blackbull Chamber is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate for its corporate legal and business operations division. The role is strictly focused on corporate legal mechanisms, documentation structure, compliance coordination, commercial understanding, and professional legal operations. This position is suitable for candidates who are disciplined, serious about long-term professional growth, and capable of handling structured corporate responsibilities.
The selected candidate will work on internal legal operations, commercial drafting support, compliance monitoring, research-based assignments, agreement handling, and corporate coordination work under company supervision. Litigation-based court practice is not the primary focus of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing basic corporate legal documents.
Assisting in agreements, notices, policies, and commercial paperwork.
Conducting legal research related to corporate and business laws.
Supporting compliance and documentation management work.
Maintaining confidentiality of company records and legal data.
Coordinating with internal departments for legal process management.
Handling professional communication and operational legal tasks.
Assisting in business legal structuring and internal legal reporting.
Following company workflow systems and professional deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
Good understanding of Corporate Law and commercial legal concepts.
LL.B., legal training, or equivalent legal academic background preferred.
