Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Lead Generation
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the IT and digital marketing sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Develop pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to maximise retention and upsell opportunities.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to deliver client-specific strategies.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams for service improvement and product innovation.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market insights.
- Ensure all documentation—from proposals to agreements—is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Fresher–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT services, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, website development, branding).
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research platforms.
