Wibits Web Solutions LLP is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT and digital solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into projects or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
- Interest in IT services, software solutions, and digital technologies is preferred.
