Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and portfolio)
Internship Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skill level and commitment)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging digital content and have a strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and content production. Fresh graduates and interns with a strong portfolio and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
- Design graphics, thumbnails, banners, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content formats.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Required Skills
- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Basic to advanced video editing skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Added Advantages
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be given preference:
- Professional camera handling and videography.
- Photography and lighting setup.
- Graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Motion graphics and animation.
- Experience managing social media accounts and paid campaigns.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Media, Marketing, Design, Communication, or related fields preferred.
- Relevant experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong portfolio of content creation work is highly desirable.
