About the Role**We are looking for a proactive and versatile **HR Generalist** to manage end-to-end HR operations, support staff engagement, and ensure smooth human resource functioning across the school. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR process management.---### **Key Responsibilities*** Manage recruitment process: job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.* Maintain employee records, HR files, and compliance documentation.* Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.* Coordinate training and development programs for staff.* Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.* Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.* Support performance appraisal processes and recognition programs.* Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement initiatives.* Stay updated with labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.---### **Desired Profile*** Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.* **3–5 years of experience** in HR operations, preferably in schools or educational institutions.* Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.* Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
