Role & Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and maintain the organization's structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Execute the recruitment process following predefined standard procedures, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Gathers and analyses information to prepare reports that aid in informed decision-making.
2. HR Operation
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Manage employee benefits, leave, and time, Attendance.
- Ensure the payroll process is done in a timely and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Prepare and maintain all necessary government registers regularly to ensure compliance
with applicable laws and regulations.
* Ensure all Returns like PF, ESIC etc payment and filling are done on a timely basis
5. Conduct exit interviews with analysis and recommend changes to reduce employee turnover.
3. Training & Development
- Conduct and facilitate Employee Induction
- Keep a record of training needs and maintain training muster.
4. Employee Engagement:
- Support the organization's business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital.
- Motivate and encourage team members regularly to foster a positive working environment.
- Organize various employee engagement activities, including annual day celebrations, awards and rewards, Festive Celebration and various activity
5. Employee Grievance Handling
- Enhance management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
6. All the work assigned by management is related to HR.
Note : Manufacturing Experience will be preferable
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
