About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Operations Associate to support Product Operations, QA, Automation, and Technical Operations activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and successful feature delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain MongoDB queries and aggregations to support testing, backend validation, operational workflows, and issue investigation.
Perform QA testing, feature validation, bug verification, regression testing, UAT, and release testing.
Create and manage product requirements, tasks, user stories, and bug reports.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.
Build and maintain automation scripts and operational workflows.
Support production monitoring, issue investigation, and process improvements.
Assist with email deliverability, domain management, and mailbox administration when required.
Required Skills
o Strong experience with MongoDB, including querying, aggregations, troubleshooting, and basic updates.
o Good understanding of JSON structures and backend data validation.
o Experience with Product Operations and cross-functional coordination.
o Experience managing tasks, user stories, and bug reports using Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
o Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
o Experience with QA Testing, bug validation, regression testing, and UAT.
o Experience with QA Automation, scripting, or automation tools.
o Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Email Deliverability and email infrastructure.
Experience with GoDaddy, domain management, and Microsoft 365 mailbox administration.
Knowledge of Python, APIs, workflow automation, or AI tools.
Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience working in SaaS or product-based environments.
