- Connect with HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers
- Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings with prospective clients
- Understand client hiring challenges and recommend suitable recruitment solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
