Job Summary
We are looking for a Planner Officer to support production planning, order processing, material planning, vendor coordination and production status tracking. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials and smooth execution of production and subcontracting schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain daily production planning and tracking sheets.
Create and process Production Orders and Purchase Orders in the system.
Coordinate with vendors and the Purchase Department regarding material availability and delivery status.
Follow up with vendors and assigned supervisors regarding production progress and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the in-house Production team to track order status and ensure timely completion.
Prepare and monitor subcontracting production schedules and follow up on subcontracting status.
Maintain and update BOM (Bill of Materials) and product routing information.
Analyze customer/production orders and identify material requirements.
Prepare Material Requisitions based on production requirements.
Monitor order processing in the system from order creation through material receipt and transfer to Finished Goods (FG) stock.
Identify material or production shortfalls and coordinate with relevant departments/vendors for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate planning records and provide regular status updates to management.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase and vendors to ensure adherence to planned delivery dates.
Support the Production Planning Manager in daily planning and scheduling activities.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Production Planning and Order Processing.
Working knowledge of SAP MM/PP modules or similar ERP/Planning software.
Good understanding of BOM, Routing, Material Requisition and Production Orders.
Knowledge of subcontracting processes and material follow-up.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple activities and prioritize urgent requirements.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to identify production/material shortages and coordinate alternate solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
