Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in domestic recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, direct client interaction, and successfully closing positions across multiple domains. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Coordinate directly with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidate profiles to clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Prior experience in direct client handling and requirement gathering.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and position closures.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
