- Plan and execute daily field visits to prospective and existing customers within the assigned territory or beat plan.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, market mapping, and walk-in visits to businesses, dealers, or institutions.
- Present, demonstrate, and pitch products/services to decision-makers; address objections and close sales on the spot or within a short cycle.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the reporting manager.
- Onboard new clients — complete documentation, KYC, agreements, and coordinate with the backend/ops team for order processing.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collect market intelligence — competitor pricing, new product launches, and customer feedback — and report to the team.
- Maintain accurate daily records of visits, leads, and sales activity in CRM or reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, Excel).
- Coordinate with the collections team for timely payment follow-ups and outstanding recovery where applicable.
- Participate in local activations, trade events, exhibitions, or product demonstrations as required.
