Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication
- Contact and engage with UK-based customers through outbound and inbound interactions.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and effective communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding available services.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
- Handle customer queries with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
Customer Assessment
- Gather and verify customer information accurately.
- Conduct structured conversations to understand customers' financial situations and service requirements.
- Identify customer needs and determine eligibility based on company guidelines.
- Maintain a consultative and customer-centric approach throughout the interaction.
Customer Support
- Guide customers through the initial consultation process.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified customers to the relevant department when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up and excellent service standards.
CRM & Documentation
- Accurately update customer information in the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and updated promptly.
Compliance
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and UK regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with GDPR and data privacy guidelines.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct during every customer interaction.
