Role Summary
We are looking for a Lead / Manager AI & Emerging Technologies to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable AI solutions that solve business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Develop and deploy scalable AI applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver AI projects.
- Build, optimize, and monitor AI models in production environments.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and best practices.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience
- 815 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics.
- Strong experience with Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of AI model deployment, data platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems or similar fields of study or equivalent advanced level experience
