We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.

You will be working with a remote-first digital organisation that manages multiple internal systems, tools, and workflows across different functions.
The environment is structured, fast-moving, and execution-focused. Team members are expected to communicate clearly, follow processes, and deliver work consistently.
Interns and entry-level team members are treated as contributors and are given responsibility, feedback, and opportunities to develop practical, in-demand skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and schedule appointments.
- Perform data entry, internet research, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Handle administrative tasks and follow up on assigned activities.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Assist with project coordination and daily operational tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and project management platforms is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Slack, or similar productivity platforms is an advantage.
