Experience

5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and platform APIs.

Strong Salesforce Data Cloud expertise across ingestion/mapping, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.

Design and implement advanced data transforms in Salesforce Data Cloud using complex formulas and calculated insights to derive enriched attributes, behavioral signals, and predictive metrics for precise audience segmentation and personalization.

Proven experience delivering multi-market or multi-BU rollouts with reusable templates, migration playbooks, and CoE standards.

Solid understanding of Salesforce core and Marketing Cloud subscriber/contact models, audience design, and subscriber key strategy.

Demonstrated analytics proficiency using Data Views and Marketing Cloud Intelligence with baseline attribution understanding.

Excellent communication and documentation skills; automotive industry experience is a plus.

Certifications (must have): Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer; Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.

Certification (added advantage): Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
Others:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar qualification and relevant work experience
- Good English language skills (German language skills are an advantage, but not necessary)
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
