Job Responsibilities: -
- Provide Windows server administration within an Active Directory environment, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy management.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software, OS installations, as well as upgrades & OS performance tuning and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Hands on experience network storage, database SQL server2008 & 2012,2016 (Backup & Restore & Script knowledge), users’ applications.
- Perform various project-related requests for users & perform system configuration and latest patch management.
- Troubleshoot Windows systems with remote technology such as RDP & Remote Tools
- Knowledge on File servers (FTP) & Office 365 Applications & Microsoft teams & Google Workspace setup (Outlook configuration setup & Email troubleshooting)
- Analyse, log, track, and resolve complex issues about Windows servers and applications & using service ticketing tools.
- Coordinate and implement, monitor, troubleshoot, test, upgrade, and configure Windows (Windows / Cloud) system files and services.
- Hands-on experience in the Administration of Backup technologies & NAS Storage Devices (Storage Server)
- Hands-on experience with Firewall (SonicWALL, Switches) & creating and administering IPsec VPN and SSL VPN, Configuring/modifying rules & Load Balancing rules.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with antivirus, desktop-related issues & Hardware issues, Network Printers
- Identify & Troubleshoot computer software/hardware issues on the development environment and provide timely resolution of all IT issues.
- Ensure all the computers in the network are up and functional, all the time & CCTV Console management & Backup.
