About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive to join our team on a priority basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and driving client satisfaction, preferably within the creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on expectations
- Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2-4 years of prior experience in client handling/account management, preferably from the creative/agency industry
- Solid understanding of client management principles
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
Pay: ₹30,000.35 - ₹40,600.54 per month
