ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support our B2B sales initiatives. The role involves identifying potential enterprise clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by promoting Adeptiv AI’s AI governance solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate B2B leads through research, outbound outreach, and networking
- Engage with decision-makers to understand business challenges and requirements
- Present Adeptiv AI’s solutions via calls, demos, and onsite meetings
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle including follow-ups and closures
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Stay updated on AI governance, compliance, and industry trends
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain AI / SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach is a plus
