Job Objective
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive who can connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and convert qualified leads into qualified meetings for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales and relationship building.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's e-commerce solutions and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and meeting schedules in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize meeting conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for smooth lead management.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead qualification and appointment bookings.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversion performance.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Good organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, IT Services, SaaS, or Marketing Agency industry will be preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B Sales, Appointment Setting, or Inside Sales will be an added advantage.
