We are now looking to expand our business development team with a motivated and platform-savvy Business Development Executive (BDE).
Role Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) who has hands-on experience working with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, proposal writing, and closing deals for our digital services.
This is a full-time role requiring strong communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of service-based sales.
Roles & Responsibilities for Business Development Executive
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals & quotations
- Communicate with international and domestic clients via chat, email, and calls
- Convert leads into long-term clients and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Dev, Ads, Design) to ensure accurate commitments
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track daily activities
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and market trends
Skills for Business Development Executive
- Strong experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr bidding & profile management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proposal writing & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of SEO, Website Development & Digital Marketing services
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and deadlines
- Client handling and requirement analysis
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or IT services business development
- Proven track record of closing projects on freelancing platforms
- Experience in a digital marketing or IT services company is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
