Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
· MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Job Summary
The Corporate Marketing Executive will coordinate corporate broadband service provisioning, customer support, order processing, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate feasibility checks, order processing, account/circuit creation, plan creation, and activation of corporate broadband services.
· Coordinate customer onboarding, service activation, installations, and order tracking.
· Liaise with Local Cable Operators (LCOs), NOC, Technical, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
· Coordinate resolution of connectivity, billing, relocation, and other customer service requests.
· Monitor departmental emails and maintain customer records, documentation, and operational reports.
Required Skills
· Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Email Management.
· Basic knowledge of Broadband, ISP, Networking, and Order Management processes.
· Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
· Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
