Meta & Google Ads Specialist (Shopify & eCommerce)

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta & Google Ads Specialist with proven experience driving revenue growth for Shopify and eCommerce brands.
The ideal candidate understands the complete eCommerce sales funnel—from customer acquisition to conversion optimization—and has a track record of scaling brands profitably through paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive sales growth and maximize ROAS for Shopify-based eCommerce stores.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and creative testing.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Track and improve key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong experience managing campaigns for Shopify and eCommerce brands.
- Proven track record of generating profitable sales and scaling ad accounts.
- Experience with Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and take ownership of results.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience scaling brands to ₹10L+ monthly revenue through paid advertising.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify Analytics, and retention marketing.
